The utilization of Personal Data is necessary for the provision of Zeervi’s services. Zeervi acts as the data controller for Customers’ Personal Data required to establish the Zeervi service. Regarding End-Users, Zeervi processes the Personal Data we collect, which includes order information, shipping address, and contact details, in order to fulfill and report on End User orders.
Additionally, the Personal Data we possess about you may be utilized in the following manners:
– To adhere to applicable laws, court orders, and requests from government and law enforcement agencies.
– To send you further information about our services that we believe may be of interest to you, where it is legally permitted.
– To send you additional information about our services based on a request we have received from you, with your consent.
